Redefined Realty Advisors, LLC (Redefined Realty) was founded on March 9th, 2013 when two of Wisconsin’s largest real estate brokerages joined forces – Redefined Realty (Lake Country By Owner) and Badgerland Realtors. Together we are Wisconsin’s Largest Full Service Discount Brokerage.
Our History Redefined Realty was founded in August of 2002 with the launching of the Lake Country By Owner.com service by Paul & Kris Liebe – true pioneers of the discount brokerage industry. Their objective was to provide a cost effective alternative to traditional real estate companies. The high demand for their services led to expansion throughout SE Wisconsin. Since inception, Redefined Realty/Lake Country By Owner has closed over 2,500 transaction sides totaling over $700,000,000
Badgerland Realtors, LLC was formed by Bob and Colleen Tarantino in 2006 but the discount listing idea was originated by a sister company, 2.4 Realty, LLC, in August, 2000. A few years down the road, 2.4 Realty merged into Badgerland. Together the companies closed more than 1,700 transaction sides totaling over $392,000,000.
